Compact, portable, and simple to operate. The SS consists of two containers, the upper container is filled with untreated water which then filters down into the lower container, through a number of ceramic filter candles.

Filter is OK but tends to leak no matter how you tighten it

Assembly is simple and straightforward. Filtered water tastes normal. But tends to slowly leak no matter how you tighten or adjust. Expect to see a puddle of water every morning when you use this product.

dear customer, fyi gravity fed system had been used for many decades, if you setup correctly, we are 1000% assure there is no leaking, if the leaking mean that, we suspect the o ring washer is not fully sealed due to improper setup! please bring the product to us for further inspection. many thanks
